I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Pampers for their exceptional customer service! I recently purchased a large box of Pampers Cruisers and was having trouble with them leaking-which is very unusual and not the quality I have come to expect from Pampers products. I contacted their Customer Service department and was contacted back both by email and with a letter explaining that they had changed their design a bit. They included some advice on making sure I was using the right size and how to get the best out of their product.

In addition to that, they even sent me manufacturer coupons enough to cover the cost of a new box and then some! I always like to point out superior customer service as that is what will keep me coming back again and again to a product! This product is fantastic! I heartily give it a FIVE star rating. When my son was just over a year old, he began to wet his diaper heavily at night. We tried different nighttime diapers on the market, but he was still soaking through.
